Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

The product must be in resellable condition

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns due to change of mind once an order has shipped.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to us — we’ll gladly offer:

A free replacement, or

A full refund, depending on your preference.

Just send us an email with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A short explanation of what happened

We want to make things right — quickly and with as little effort from you as possible.


Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If your bank or payment provider takes longer, we’ll help you track the refund.


Late or Missing Orders

We work with trusted logistics partners, but occasional delays may occur due to customs, international transit, or seasonal demand.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time (typically up to 25 business days), please contact us and we’ll investigate promptly. You’ll never be left in the dark.


Important Notes

We do not offer returns or refunds for items delayed due to courier handling unless the delay exceeds the stated delivery time.

Shipping fees  are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product issue.

In rare cases, we may ask for the product to be returned to our processing centre — we’ll guide you if needed.
